Rekey or replace?
Rekeying changes the pins inside a lock so a new key works and the old ones stop working. It is usually the most economical choice when the lock is in good condition. Replacement makes sense when a lock is damaged, worn out or when you want a stronger or smart model. Our technicians explain both options and their prices so you can decide.

Landlords and property managers
We rekey between tenants, change locks after a lawful eviction using the paperwork you already have, and set up master key systems so management keeps access while each unit has its own key.
Security advice for your home
Ask the technician to check the doors you use less often too: the garage entry door, sliding patio doors and side gates. Small changes, such as longer strike-plate screws or a secondary lock on a slider, can make a real difference.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to rekey a house?
It depends on the number of locks and their type. Call 623-850-5369 with the number of doors and we will give you a quote before any work begins.
Can all my locks use the same key?
Usually, if the locks share a compatible keyway. If they do not, we can suggest matching cylinders or locks.
Do you install smart locks?
Yes. We install keypad and app-controlled locks, including ones you have already bought, and check that the mechanical key backup works.
Will you ask for ID during a house lockout?
Yes. Expect to show photo ID and something linking you to the address. It protects you as much as it protects us.
